GROUP RUNS

Whether you’re working toward completing your first 5k, training for a marathon or just want to get out and be social, we have group run/walk events for you! Find out below some of our great group events

THURSDAY RUN/WALK

Join us every Thursday evening at 6pm from the store for a nice run or walk around Grand Blanc. Runners and walkers of all abilities and distances are welcome to join. Everyone is looking for a reason to get those miles in, so come have some fun with us!

We love to run with friends so offer different group runs throughout the year. See below for some group run opportunities. And an even better way to stay current with where we are running or interact with fellow runner is to join the Complete Runner Strava group! Click HERE to join!

We will switch up the routes, have fun events throughout the year, and offer refreshments before and after. Why pound the pavement on your own when you can join us at Complete Runner every Thursday at 6pm!

We will be running rain, snow or shine, but monitor our facebook and instagram accounts in case of severe weather cancellations.

LADIES ONLY WALK/RUN

Ladies, let’s move! Join us one Saturday a month from our Flint location for a 3-mile out-and-back route that’s perfect for both runners and walkers. All paces are encouraged and always welcome—this is about showing up, feeling good, and supporting one another.

Make it a fun morning by grabbing your friends, meeting new faces, and starting the day with positive energy and time for yourself.

BRAND DEMOS

Another great reason to come out to group runs is are demo nights! Throughout the year representatives from different shoe companies offer you the opportunity to run the route in their latest shoes.

They provide insight and information before and after the run and will answer any questions you have. This is a great opportunity to try out a new brand or a new design with your favorite company!
