May 4th is International Firefighter Day! We are celebrating 100 years of firefighting in Grand Blanc with our first Firefighter for a Day 5K walk/run. Strollers are allowed as we hope to see our whole community of all ages dress up as firefighters for a day at Bicentennial Park. The finish line will be accompanied by DJ Super FUNk Jen, food trucks, bounce houses, and fire safety demonstrations. Profits from the race will go to the Injury Prevention Program at the U of M C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital.
