Just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean you can’t realize those New Years resolutions!
Kick off the new year by building consistency, not perfection. The January Movement Challenge is all about moving your body every day in January—however that looks for you.
How it works:
    • Move for at least 30 minutes each day
    • Any movement counts: running, walking, strength training, yoga, cycling, mobility work, sports, or active recovery
    • Log your movement daily by filling out the challenge form
    • You get one mulligan for the month—life happens! Use it for one missed or short day
Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered into a prize drawing at the end of January. No pace goals, no pressure—just show up, move, and build momentum to start the year strong.
